'Jump function' not works on SMF 2.0 RC1.2

When i'm intall a new (fresh) site, that jump function works fine, but now can't works anymore. Show Big Green loading in my forum.
Can anyone help me please?

What browser are you using, and do you get any mention of a Javascript error?

I'm using firefox 3.5 and i didn't get any javascript error. I try to overwrite my old files in cpanel ; public_html with fresh files and still using old database, installing again some old mods and that green loading is dissapears. But after 3 days that greean loading shown again and i can't using that function. (sorry for my bad english and thank you Arantor; for always help me when i got problems)

So what changed between when it was still working and when it stopped?

Remember that any mod can affect any part of the code potentially so if we can narrow it down to what changed, we can help make it work again.
