That can be done easily with a .gif file. Unfortunately, I don't have Animation Shop Pro on my laptop. I 'll go check if there is an already made image on the net

Yeah, the theme is completely dark throughout, although, the stars can be seen on virtually every page. Of course you can edit if you like
