Calendar kickin' mah butt! :)

Hello again everyone!

Sorry to bother all you fine folks out there with such a mundane question... but my calendar doesn't like me.  In fact, it doesn't like anyone.   

First off; yes, it's my site.  I own it and I am the Admin.

However, when I try to post events in calendar I get the following error message:

An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section

I've poked all around my permission settings, line by line (which I shouldn't have to as the admin) - no luck.  I even created a "Ghost Admin" membergroup with full permissions and assigned myself to the group just to see if something was corrupted within the "Admin" group itself... still no luck.

Everyone in every member group that has Calendar access gets the same error message when they try to post...

So basically, I'm at a stand still.  Would anyone out there be willing to take a stab at this?  It would be very very appreciated.

If you go into Admin > Permissions, how many permissions are listed for the admin?
