Need help with theme, "Chat"

For some reason I am not allowed to post in the theme support forum.

Anyway this is probably simple for you guys, I am wanting to add my header to my website but it will only allow a certain height/width.  What file would I find to change that?  12% of my header is showing.

Also, it is located in the style.css.  You may also have to edit the index.template.php file.
