Slightly premature, I guess; I overlooked proper coloration for BBC links. 

I've updated the attachments to my earlier post. If you downloaded one of them and want to just manually update them, do the following.
For Blue Steel, add this toward the bottom of /css/index.css:

For Chocolate Curvaceous and/or Prince of Darkness, add this toward the bottom of /css/index.css:

Yeah, there were thankfully no image changes between RC4 and RC5.

Don't think an official one has been released yet. You can probably use this one, but I haven't looked at it to make sure it works 100%.

As you can see the menu_gfx never change, use the menu_gfx of RC3.

Just give me a few days. I'm making proper psd's for all of these, with all layers and layer styles. Should have Prince of Darkness ready tonight or tomorrow night. The others will take a few days more.
