o.O Random blip

I get this from time to time, never reproducibly, but very occasionally, I'll get something like the attached.

What does the html source show? It almost looks like a gzip blip

Didn't occur to me to check, and in any case I'm not sure it would have been useful; Chrome has a habit of not pulling the actual source you're viewing when you press Ctrl-U (like Firefox, oftentimes)
