Problem with New topic/Reply

 Hey all. In a weird way I got to being a forum administrator (even I don't really know how that happened). Anyway .. I read all the help I could find, looked through all "Admin" options and couldn't find how I can repair th problem. And the problem is - anyone that is lower than "Moderator" cannot make a new topic or post in one already in existance. I'm doing this as a last resort and I really would appriciate help

This is most likely an issue with permissions. I suggest you read our documentation on Permissions Unless you have already checked them, then it might be another issue.

Ah I see what the problem has been .. in the "members" area it seems I have limited erm .. rights, because the only thing that it lets me do is view Ip-s of the usrs, last online etc; ban users and register users
