It's my 2nd theme

We installed this theme and although it works, the preview and description name are pointing to another installed theme.  The theme URLs and configuration are pointing to the correct theme.  We'd appreciated any suggestion for fixing the preview image and description.  TIA.

When attempting to register a new member with this theme active, the "User Name" and "Password" field backgrounds turn white after entering info.  Problem is the text is also white, rendering what you type (including your user name) invisible.  Is there a fix for this?  Also it seems the "useron" gif isn't working.
