get username and posting data

hi i hope you can help me and you understand because of my bad english xD

1. i wanted to make a little formular, but for that i need the name from the user who is submit(also logged in) to put his name into a list(in db or for this little in a txt) so the question is how can i get the username?
i don´t know how the forum works so i hope you can help me. i tried with $_SESSION[] and $_POST/$_GET and so one, naa i had know that it doesn´t work so to easy to work xD

2. yeah the problem with bridges...i have tried to make drupal and smf in one with a bridge but it has too many bugs...
so i had the idea.
I wanted to post in forum and in drupal with one input.
in drupal i need the text same as in the forum + a link to the forumpost to allowed the users to post comments in the forum with his account.

So i need  to put the post in the database from the forum before or after i post in drupal + a link under the text to the forumthread.

Who can help or have a better/different idea?

P.S: When my idea is impossible or too hard to implement than i must live with it
