But it's not working in english, only in spanish.

I mean, it's necessary to link to index.php?action=INDICES;id=1 , and isn't working for action=INDEX.

You have to add id's of forum allowed in the Miscellaneous Settings
after that, put in your browser http://localhost/japnes/index.php?action=indices;id=23

Actualize el mod, descarga el zip v2, descomprimi el archivo indices.php y subilo a la carpeta sources reemplazandolo.
