[HELP] Member Option for theme!?!?

I have instal a Copy od default theme (In Manage and Install section)
But how can Icchange Member Otion for this theme!? It does not show on the Member Otion page!
Please help me! Thanks!

Because the file /Themes/default/Settings.template.php isn't included in the copy, it will use the settings for the default theme. If you want to set specific options for this theme, make a copy of the file and copy it to your new theme directory.
