How do I prevent members from blocking moderator PMs?

This is important and I can't figure out how to do it. They can't block admins but they can block moderators, we see this as a problem. What settings do I go to to fix this?

There is no switch to change this as moderators are regular members given special permissions on certain boards only, they are not members of the admin group which is what prevents Admins from being ignored.

You could put in a mod request or make your moderators Global Moderators which would prevent them from being ignored.
