Some of you may remember me and hate me on top of that due to some stuff i did in the past.
Regardless of that I would like to enquire when this piece of software will be available to developers to start developing mods for it?

Even tho i switched to the dark side a while ago, i never did anything against YabbSE and i did infact put the YabbSE copyright on my site So I have no bad feelings towards YabbSE or SMF.

So anyways... glad to see improvemens on the site and some new features which jumped out at me when I came to this site!

Initially yes. I hate copyright stuff and the politics and stuff behind it and I was unaware that I was doing anything that illegal. The software that I received to mod was similar to YaBBSE but it did have a different copyright. Eventhough I knew it was, 'a derivative' from YaBBSE, as I've had a lot of experience with both YaBBSE and YaBB Gold, I decided to not question and waste my time with such things and I went on to work my piece of software in. In the end I did put your guys' copyright on there and it still is there today...

You have to admit that Eztarch had some future in it until I stopped working on it. Even the name is weird enough to remember

Oh that is the ttcms thing..............isnt ttcms using the guts of YaBBSE with thier brand over the top?  I went there a while back looked awful lot like YaBBSE to me.
