ok when i open a new theme and you write an answer to it. than it is displayed in the "View the most recent posts on the forum." list, now i see a delete button to delete your answer in the list and i can delete your post.

Do you see that delete button in topic? Then this is local permissions thing, and user is ollowed moderate his own topics.

Btw, they are 'topics' not 'themes'.

i have a problem with the PM's too. after the upgrade to 1.1, new pm's are not marked as read when i show them.

the upgrade script told me that it couldn't convert the personal messages completely !? but i couldn't find any bug in the db after that.

every pm in personal_messages has one entry in pm_recipients.

- while testing a little bit i found that the function markMessages in PersonalMessages line 351 is not executed because

$context['labels'][$context['current_label_id']]['unread_messages'] is empty when $context['current_label_id'] = -1

it is very confusing, because my local installation of smf runs perfectly.

can anyone help?

I am having my PM problems again.  No PM's but it is still telling me that I have NEW pm's.  I can go back in and modify my Profile in the database, but that is going to get old real quick!     For some reason the program is not always (but sometimes) changing the profile PM's counts.

on index.php -> the main page, looks great with the default theme, and any other theme for that matter.

any subcategory, category, forum -> the template only shows text, no background, no css, no nothing.

i fixed the bug i decribed yesterday ... the problem was the empty-function. i changed line 351 in PersonalMessages.php to:

yes, always. Here is some more detail on the problem.

1. i have it installed as a Mambo component.
2. if i acces index.php ( the forum ) the template, css shows
3. if i click the home button it puts me in index.php/index.php - and the template doesn't load the css, and other stuff, it only outputs the tables with the text in them.
4. if from /index.php i acces any category the problem at number 3 hapens ( loads tabels with text, but no css, no background, no images, nothing ).

the rewrite WORKS, but the template is screwed up when accessing a rewriten url. Don't know why. My configuration is ok, by the way.

i have it in a numeric IP, it's not public for the moment. Could this be the problem, the fact that it doesn't have a domain name yet, or is there another problem.

wow...   a lot of things could be going wrong here...   (and I suggets you take this over to the mambo-bridge discussion area)
but the main thing, I think, is that SEF will not work with IP addresses, only names domains.  (again, I think)

SMF is not affiliated with MK Portal.  It's MK Portal's job to make MK compatible with SMF.

It is a bug which should be solved quickly.
