i need any mods for galery and albums but not located in user profile

i wanna start on my site like where only admin can upload photos then photos must be show on all is there any mods available

i didnt actually say aeva media 1.4 i actually said aeva lite

youre best asking in the "support and comments for this mod" like every other mod out there
