"repair_settings.php" not resolved connection problem

Friends, I am a new user of SMF,I dont use the web sites for a long time from that.  I think I changed the mysql password from the  admin panel. I received this error, and site connection problem. I used "ayarlari_onar.php"  but some settings are not saved to the database. As a result, the problem continues. What should I do for you? I would be happy if you help me.

please make sure settings.php file is writable by the server and run repair_settings.php again and input the new password.
