Problem with Shoutbox

I installed SMFPacks Shoutbox on my forum.
Every time i refresh forum, page go down ( to the shoutbox ). I don't know whats wrong.

DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT FOR THIS MOD HAVE CEASED!

However that may be temporary.
