WYSIWYG Editor??

I have forum @ www.tvkahani.com, and i know it is supposed to have a built in WYSIWYG Editor that has to be enabled..

but in my case i dnt see it anywhere..

i went to profile>lookout .. but i dnt see the option

Im not even seeing the arrow in reply...

or the option in my admin>post and topic :S
it isnt even there.

if u install it , is ENABLED by default

if u whant to Disable it go here :

Admin -> Forum --> Posts and topics --> and in section " Post Settings " will see : " Disable WYSIWYG editor "

if u whana use it , go to :

Home --> any topic you whant --> and under topic u will see --> + Quick Reply - press on it

WYSIWYG  is a Quick Reply for ur topics
