How to hide quote text during reply?

When someone click on quote button its should not show the quote text during posting and when click on post it must shows.

Do you mean the text displayed in the Reply window inside {quote}{/quote} tags?  It allows users to edit the quote, so only the relevant part is displayed in the reply post.  Could probably be hidden, but really not a good idea.

Removing the quoted text from the Reply window will confuse your users, and make the Quote feature useless.  You may as well eliminate it completely (also a bad idea).  This is a frequently used, standard feature on boards, and people expect it to work the way it works.

Or possibly I misunderstand what you're asking for.

Without some SERIOUS recoding, that can't be done, yogesh.

You might be lucky, if you ask for this to be made into a mod, but I somehow doubt it.
