I'm trying to move my forum from iPage to MDD Hosting.
The guys at MDD already moved the offsite backup of the forum and that part is alright.

Now, whenever I try to import the database backup (5MB, gzip) it imports some tables and then gives an error "Duplicate Content on smf_log_subjects" #1060... Then it stops importing the remaining tables.

My old host uses MySQL 5.0.x and the new host uses 5.1.x

What could be the issue? I've tried downloading the backup several times and uploading several times but the result it same.

CapadY

Is there a drop_table added in the database backup ?
Make sure the database is empty before trying it again.

Normaly you don't upload and download a database backup, you will export and import it.

Possible solution is to remove the log_subjects table from the exported database backup. It isn't realy that important and you wont loose members, post or topics.
Please, don't PM me for support unless invited.
If you don't understand this, you will be blacklisted.
