"Hall of Fame" threads

With the number of threads on my forum www.photocamel.com increasing exponentially, I'm left concerned that some very good threads are going to get forgotten.

What are some ideas for keeping "hall of fame" threads from falling so far back in the message area that no one ever sees them?

Your traffic is still quite small, check out http://www.goosemoose.com and look at my Rat Forum to see how I handle it. One big change it to change the number of items showing per page. I increased it to 50, note that this could cause things to slow down a little, so you can decrease it a bit if you want.
