Nice Theme

I installed the theme. But all replies now show nested in a toolbar that has to be clicked to show them. How do I fix this?

Have you checked the settings in Admin -> Configuration -> Current Theme ?
Enable classic view comments:
Disable comments JQuery

Check mark that.
