Características:
     Esta aplicación nos permitira poner un mensaje cuando se crea un nuevo Post.
     Opciones:
          Activar/Desactivar
          Seleccionar los grupos a los que NO se les mostrara el mensaje.  ( Administradores no veran el mensaje )
          Seleccionar en que foros se mostrara el mensaje. ( Escribiendo las ID )
          Seleccionar diferentes diseños. ( Siete en total )
          Ponerle un titulo al mensaje.
          Seleccionar el tipo de mensaje. ( Textos - Imagen )
          Seleccionar un icono distinto para cada texto. ( Siete en total )
               
     Notas:
          Al seleccionar tipo de mensaje ( Imagen ), deberan escribir la ruta completa de la imagen.
          Al seleccionar tipo de mensaje ( Textos ), pueden poner hasta siete textos.
          El campo ( Titulo ) tiene que ser completado.

Features:
     This application will allow us to put a message when you create a new Post.
     Options:
          Enable/Disable
          Select the groups to NOT show them the message.  ( Administrators will not see the message )
          Select which forums show the message. ( Writing the ID )
          Select different designs. ( Seven in total )
          Put a message title.
          Select the type of message. ( Texts - Image )
          Select a different icon for each text. ( Seven in total )
               
     Notes:
          When selecting the type of message ( Image ), must enter the full path of the image.
          When selecting the type of message  ( Texts ), can lay up to seven texts.
          The field ( Title ) must be completed.

Cool mod, exactly what I need. Is there a way for it to be displayed also when people reply to a post? Currently it is only when creating a new topic.

Also, perhaps there could be an option to create different warning texts for different user groups.
