Registration and Newsletter System not work...

Friend, here is very serious problem I get during my forum launch.
I install SMF all things are good, But after register on forum no anyone get mail verification link.
I try to send test newsletter but it also not work.
I change my SMTP setting  3 times using my hosting settings and Gmail but it also not work.
I don't know what happening. I doesn't get any error and no email also.
Now I disable email verification registration but I want help
Please help.
