Was that removed intentionally? It was actually very helpful to use. Is there any chance we can get that back?

Do you have something at the right of the menu that says:
Community Support Helper Resources
with an arrow?
Maybe it collapsed on you.

AFAIK it happens because you visited a page outsite the community/  folder, dunno why it gets automatically collapsed and stays like that when you go back to a forum page.
