can i ask whats happening with my Battlefiled 3 Medal Avatars please. its been a while since i uploaded this mod to the mod site

I have done Suki and as far as i know i have not infringed on any copyrights. These images are redily available on the internet and the person who i got these from gave me permission to use them as i see fit as long as i do not sell them nor say i created them.

And i have not sold them nor stated i have created them.

I'm pretty sure the person who gave you this images isn't the company that actually owns Battlefiled (BTW I dunno which company actually owns the game).

Anyway, you need to add a disclaimer clearly stating that you do not own any copyright fro this images and clearly state that this images are copyright/property of the respective company.

The copyright has to be claimed by the company, not the game itself, also, I'm not sure but it is highly possible that the Battlefield name is also a trademark, I know squat about games so perhaps another user more proficient on it can take a look.

It was approved when guidelines about copyright material weren't applied or just didn't even exists.

Your mod is subject to the current guidelines.

be aware - just because something is "available on the internet" does not make it legal.

Some companies are very twitchy about intellectual property, these days.
This includes trademarked and copyrighted images and names.

Also, using an image on your own site may be overlooked - creating a package of images for distribution is another ball-o-wax.
