Bad Behavior and RSSFeedPoster 3.04

First, I do understand how to create CRON jobs.
Second, I am attempting to get the RSS poster to work. What happens is when I run the cron job manually bad behavior pops up with an error screen.
Attempted to WHITELIST the cron URL, same error.
I even attempted to change methods for running the php code (fopen, cron, etc etc) - same results. Any ideas? If I cannot get a feed posted to work, I am going to have to switch forum software back to something I know works.

odd... I have bad behavior installed and the RSS Poster as well (on 3 different forums) and it works fine in either automatic or manual mode...

I am stepping through the code to find out what is going on, here is the screen shot of the output. I even attempted to disable * User Agent * and same result.
