Mod site errors

Sometimes when I upload a mod certain errors occur, the most common are:

1- The mod upload 2 times the mod and an error message appears indicating the duplicated ids
2- When Upload picture the pictures appears 2 times and needs to edit the mod to remove the duplicates pictures.
3- In firefox the autosuggest for adittional author doesnt work

I do not know if this happens only to me, but it seemed appropriate reporting of these errors.

Hi,

Points 1 and 2 are known, it's something that started happening a short while ago.
Currently looking in to taking steps to stop this from happening, sorry for the inconvenience.

As for point 3, I haven't heard of that before and not sure if that's caused by the server.
I hope someone else that uses firefox (I don't miyself) can confirm?

#1 & especially #2 has been an issue for all the time I have been making mods. I never used or tried #3.
