NO
i install some mod days ago and they where u working fine , so this morning i check the admin panel and smf said my data base is 2.0.2 why my site is 2.0.3 that i should upgrade , i downloaded the upgrade and installed it and in the process i had bad network , so i had to repeat the process again and it was after that i got that fatal error message

Ah so you applied the large upgrade... which removed mods that were installed but it did not remove them from your theme.

You'll need to replace your theme, then reinstall mods.

but the site of not opening at all na , how do i replace the theme

Arantor

You should be able to add ?theme=1 to the URL of your site (after the index.php bit) to force it to use the default theme which should allow you into the site.
