Does Adsense allow this kind of actions ?
As of August 4th, 2013, Adsense policy states:
QuoteEncouraging clicks
Publishers may not ask others to click their ads or use deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks. This includes, but is not limited to, offering compensation to users for viewing ads or performing searches, promising to raise money for third parties for such behavior or placing images next to individual ads.
Failure to observe this policy can result in your ad account suspension and/or termination.  Btw, I would think that this mod would fall under the scope of this policy.....

Hope this helps ya.

Antes

Most of Ad Networks disallowed forced clicks.
