looking for a theme - tenants forum

can any one suggest me a theme for my forum - it is for tenants....  few houses on the header would be nice  i think

i had  a look in theme store,, cannot find any

there are no themes that match your criteria, you will need to find a theme you like and modify it or post in Help Wanted (Not Support) and ask there for a theme to be made.  You would also need to mention if you are willing to pay for it or not.
