can you please try saying that again?   I don't understand what you are asking for help with.....   Unless you have removed it, the SMF copyright is in the footer by default.

once again, you have lost me.

That was a HUGE SPEW of content with lots of pretty pictures, a few seemingly random sentences.
You included lots of screen shots of stuff scattered all over the place... links without explaining what the links are or are for...

Can you explain CLEARLY what you need help with? 

I saw something about a removed copyright and then something about spirate.
1- Spirate distributes a hacked and illegal copy of SMF. We do not support spirate or anything downloaded form spirate here. Download a legal copy or find help somewhere else.

2- if you removed the copyright from a legal SMF installation, we can help you put it back... but whether you have or not is still not clear.

finally...  if you are having trouble communicating in English, we have a fairly active Spanish support board.

Those are pictures of an SMF fork used quite commonly in Spain, or Spanish-speaking countries (I think). He's referring to the SMF copyright not being displayed at the bottom. SMF forks, such as this one, don't need a copyright.

Provided it is based on 2.0 final - and it still has to keep the copyright in the source.

If it is based on 1.1.x or 2.0 RC5 or lower, the copyright is still required in the footer.

Well, first of all, we do not provide support for forks here.

Second, the spirate piece of junk is not a legal fork. Last time I checked, they were distributing the 1.1.x version as their own...  1.1.x is not forkable.
And even if it is 2.0.x, they can not legally remove the copyright lines from the source files.

Also, regardless of what version, they can not distribute it using the name SMF.
