IPB to SMF conversion problem

Hye,

So..today i was wanted to convert my IPB forum to SMF, very well, i downloaded this " Invision to SMF 2-0 " from Download section, i follow the explication ...and ain't worked, the forum is working but the members, topics, posts...etc from IPB forums was not convert.

What can i do or what else informations can i give to you fellas to help me?

Hi stylezjoey and welcome to SMF!

I did a bit of searching and found this, particularly:

Problem: Conversion says it finished successfully, but nothing got converted.
Info: The cause of this problem is that your host has session.save_path to a non writeable directory.
Fix: Ask your host to change this setting in php.ini and use the correct path or if you are with Powweb they allow you to change settings in php.ini file. There change the path to the session dir that resides in your site's root dir.

Could that have something to do with it, maybe?

Go to Admin -> Maintenance -> Forum Maintenance
Click "Run Task Now" under "Find and Repair All Errors"

If that finds anything, tell it to fix the errors.

Does that solve your problem at all?
