Locking a topic

Hey Gang,

I lost my SMF forum by accidentally deleting the directory from server, and script install (simple scripts). I am building a new one and can't seem to find the option to 'lock a Topic'. I am logged in as Admin, but don't see a button like before to lock a topic. Any help would be appreciated. Forum: www.kancerkidz.org/kancerkidzforum

Isn't the button control at the bottom of the thread/topic?
