Forum layout has changed

Sorry i cant see images at work.....

Ok i logged in as him and as suspected all was fine, the forum looked as it should with all functions working

If it is his end what possible things could he have done that would cause this to happen on my forum only?

From what's been said,  previously, I have to suspect good ol' PEBCAK.

He's using IE, for a start. Always a worry, that.

The screeny you posted's a bit blurry. Can't make out much of what the problem is, other than that is seems that he's not seeing images, or something similar. Does IE have some kind of "Site preference" setting, somewhere? Could he have unwittingly configured something, there?

Yeah it's not the best of pics, all the text in a post is over to the left and not where it should be, so it's miss aligned....Ill get him to get a better pic and ill post it here

He told me that he made no changes to anything, the only thing that happened before the issue was an update to Firefox

A hunch, this. Nothing more than that, at all.

A test. This is poop, now, sadly. Not much more than a clonette of Google Chrome. But, if he gets this:

What I'm thinking, is that a brand new browser, with a clean install, might just work. If it does, we know, for certain, that he's got something seriously screwy going on...

So... There's something seriously weird going on. But, it's with him, somewhere.

It's screwy in his computer.

It's screwy on his 'phone.

Can he try on a machine that's kinda not his, somewhere? Local library, friend, or something?

It HAS to be him, somehow, doesn't it?

Yeah i agree it has to be him, just need to work out why....

I have asked him to at least try another PC on a different ISP, just waiting on his reply

Well this is strange..... He logged in yesturday and the layout is back to normal, he has no idea why and has done no changes either.....

So it solved itself lol
