This error is coming in footer.
I am not installing SMF until i fix it
How to fix it?

This is because your host has permissions misconfigured for file based sessions - though SMF uses database based sessions by default (which means /tmp doesn't need to be written to)

So, How to fix it now?? There's no tmp directory in my forum folder.

In other words you should be able to give your host this same error and they will know what needs to be done, (hopefully). . Let us know if you run into any trouble.
