It's time for update?

In past two years I noticed that it appears more and more new IP ranges (IP tracking).
The new IP ranges:
AfriNIC: 197
APNIC (Asia Pacific region): 1, 14, 51, 101, 110, 180, 182
LACNIC (Latin American and Caribbean region): 177
RIPE (Europe, the Middle East and parts of Africa and Asia): 2, 5, 27, 31, 37, 46, 50, 109, 115, 118, 176, 178, 185, 189

For better recognition all new ranges should be added in Profile-View.php

What exactly do you propose?  The only regex in Profile-View.php for matching IPs should be able to pick any IPv4 range.
