Adding ad sense to my forum?

I am having trouble adding ads/ad-sense to my forum. I am using the WIP theme flatlines. I have tried the Ad management mod but it doesn't seem to work.

I am using smf 2.0.8.

When installing it, make sure you tick the boxes next to themes to install it to as well.
