Select box for replying to old massages

There is a possibility to show users a warning when replying to messages which are old than x days.

Since users can simply ignore that warning when quickly moving to the edit area, I would like to have a mod which will force the user to select a box (that he/she agrees) first before they will be able to reply to a message older than x days.
