Transferring DB over to another user....
« on: February 27, 2015, 11:02:43 PM »
Since the passwords are all encrypted when viewing the raw database itself, is there any worry about anything else when handing the DB over to another user who is going to be using for himself? I'm basically going to export it us MySQLDumper and advise him to do the same thing on the import. I've done it many time and always has worked great. Just worried about passwords, but I guess I could just change mine before I do the last export. Hallelujah.

while the passwords ARE encrypted.... if someone has the entire database, and is really interested in trying, they CAN technically be broken
