Question: SMF/YaBBSE Transition (For Charter Members)

Hello, I am thinking of becomming a charter member so I can get the beta of SMF to run on my site (www.astralsociety.com/Forums/) which currently uses YaBBSE. I would like to know if the transition software is already made, so that it will be easy to upgrade the forums. Also, the beta for charter members is ready for download right?
