In-sourcing of actions and energy (queries...) - Help needed

dear SMF friends,

Atma (me) would need some help in regard of in-sourcing of resources. He knows that that is actually against the stream global of thinking and acting. So just a technical issue, others would lead to maybe strong discussions, even if good.

The task is to minimize the queries and use of others resources by actions, deeds, clicks. Something like queries for scripts or what ever. That means, if a user does a certain action, which is given, does not cause the use of third part energy, which might be nit given

Where to get such scripts to put them on the own server. Where to put them and there to make changes within the SMF-software. Of course it is also a matter of Modifictaions (help there is also needed)

X (is/am) not sure, if that is the right. For example, if there is an iquery request, the software would request the script form a certain server, here or there and so cause the use of this server traffic.
If this certain script would be on the own server, it would cause "simple" the use of the actors (whom how pushes the action, button) and the website sites traffic resources and not that of "Server of Iquery in Spain"s.

Sorry of maybe very dilettantish request in the frame of technical "IT" and "Inet" issues.
