How can i add a new link type

Basically, i want the link for the 'general category' to be added to a new link style in the css so i can have that 1 color, and all other links black.. Where can i change the link style? i am using the Oxygen theme, although i can change to the defalt if that would be easier.

You can do this easily by editing the Boardindex.template.php file located under your theme folder
