Altering css

Can anyone tell me were the css is if any for these round blue dots, lol. I'm about to pull out what hair I have left and if you look at my avatar that ain't much. See image.

Aaah, wrong file and everything, lol. Thank you very much. I have another question for you seeing as you have found your way around the css a bit more than I have, lol.....A lot more than I have. What about the reply button and the new topic button. Where might thier css be. ??

Look for button & button.active classes. Button class is a generic defined class for buttons, so changes on it changes all buttons across the forum.

I have changed other buttons but those two will not change. I am using web developer addon in ff to help me find my way around. I will look again though. Thank you.
