You don't have an /attachments directory.  That should not be affecting package install, but you won't be able to upload attachments.  Upload the directory from the install or upgrade package, it contains an index.php and .htaccess file.  Your /Packages directory looks ok, error log is not showing the error details.  Have you tried uploading a package using FTP?

FTP works but only upload manually on Filezilla, i cant edit anithing and cant upload anithing from my forum, only from ftp filezilla

As per the wiki link, you should be able to upload the package with FileZilla, and try installing it with 'Browse Packages' in package manager.

I'm looking for a solution, not an alternative.

This affects ALL the forum, users will not be able to upload profile images or anything at all, they will only be able to edit text, most of the functionality is lost, it does not make sense.

Not trying to put you off, but it's difficult to determine what's wrong without access to your install.  The fact that you do not have /attachments directory indicates your forum is damaged.

Can you post a link and a test account?

And thus you can't upload any profile picture.

Also, you need to check the PHP error_log, to see if that empty errors have anything reported in the server, cause it seems that a lot of things are wrong with your forum.

we dont always know who has marked a topic resolved. it is possible for people other then the one who opened the ticket to mark it resolved as not always does the person who opened the ticket mark it as resolved.
