2.0.13 to 2.0.14 - Page Isn't Working

So just updated the forums from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14.  Update was successful, but the page is no longer accessible.  The browser only states "This page isn't working" and that the domain is "unable to handle this request".  What am I missing?

This is what I see on Opera browser.

On Firefox, I am only seeing blank pages.

Err... seems my PHP version is lower than what I thought it was... >.>;;  Let me just update that and see if it fixes the page. ^^;
