New Button menu script

Hey guys Im having an Issue I went into SUBS.PHP to create a new menu button on my form cause custom action wouldnt let me  add a script.  So I made the button and it appears and everything but since I dont know how to add a script to the button when u click it it just goes back to forum menu. How do I add a script to the button?

what exactly do you want the button to do?

Im  linking a  FORM from typeforms  and it has options to "launch in a pop up"  So The "SCRIPT " it gives me needs to be run when I click the button instead of like a URL

But I want to not have to click the white button I want when I click the button the first time it launches the pop up
