Tried to update plugin 'simple audio video embedder' entire site went down

This is about the site Cryptocoinfans.com.   All was fine with the site until I went to update the simple audio video embedder plugin and poof...the site went to a white screen.  Have not been able to get the site up despite using restore_settings.php and doing a database import from a 2 day old backup.   One anomaly I noticed is that the database on my mysql page says rlipton_cryptocoinfans.com instead of rlipton_cryptocoinfans which is how all the other databases for my other communities are formatted.  I'm not sure what steps to take next.  Is it possible that a glitch happened that renamed the database with a .com on the end and it's screwing things up?  The database is saying there is 0.00mb in it but obviously that's not accurate.  Your thoughts?

Recover from the packages/backups folder upload the package that was before save was installed.
