Convert a link to text and images

I am completely new in the forum world.
I have setup a forum with SMF, and so far everything works fine.
But for my specific needs, something don't work as expected.
Is there a way to do what I want with SMF?

Example:
A member want to post in "My Forum" a post he saw elsewhere (site "x").
The "normal" way to do that is to post/copy a link to site "x".
In "My Forum" will only appear a link to site "x".
I would like to know if there is a way to include the full article in site"x" with the post.
Something like Facebook does with the "Share" option.
