stuck 1.1.21 upgrade to 2.0.14

Hi, my page http://goldcoastcb.com/forum/install.php [nofollow] says it all.

Upgrading from a running 1.1.21 to 2.0.14

1. I uploaded the new files over 1.1.21
2. went to the install page...

It's stuck at 0% 

Any ideas? Thanks

whoops, I uploaded an install pack instead of the upgrade pack. 
I got some work to...fingers crossed.

Ok, fixed my first booboo....

dang, I'm stuck again with the same problem as the guys in theses 2 other thread...with no how to fix answer.
